I am continuing to employ Japanese woodblock printing techniques for my illustrative designs of birds, flowers and landscapes. I have also been experimenting with designs that focus on colour rather than form. The inspiration for these more abstract works is still firmly rooted in the natural world – more specifically the amazing colour combinations that can be found therein. Visitors will be able to see examples of both types of print, as well as the tools and materials used to make them.
