Spring Fling 2012 marks the launch of Volume 2 of M. Contraband Esq, Punk Lawyer comix series - The Appropriation Issue, featuring interview with Scottish artist David Mach and musings by the eponymous heroine on some of the puzzling legal issues that arise when artists use other people's work to create something new.   Original artwork and prints from the series will be on display along with recent paintings and drawings. Drawing is fundamental to my practice; Goya, Durer and graphic novelist Art Spiegelman are among my heroes.
