Malcolm Davies

Current work is based on notes and sketchbooks made during research over many months into new themes and ideas, based around history, archaeology and wildlife. I make notes accompanied by drawings done on the spot, in the landscape or sometimes in a museum. As ideas develop imaginatively, elements of the original sketches are combined into new, experimental work.
