Pamela Grace
This year my attention has been caught by the countryside around me, particularly the patterns of hedgerows, field and trees. I try to work outdoors as much as possible - drawing and sketching across the seasons, setting out to document their subtle but pronounced effects on the Galloway landscape. Meanwhile, my interest in kitchen gardens and allotments continues.
I use watercolour and pen-and-ink for larger works and traditional print-making techniques and materials to create smaller prints and hand-coloured solar-plate etchings.
Displays will outline the printmaking process I use.
