Sally Hogarth
My video work creates a portrait of the surrounding community and incorporates my position within it. As part of this year’s Spring Fling, I have produced a new video work along a similar line about Dumfries and Galloway. The work plays with my position as at once a local member of the community in my childhood and (in returning after 15 years) an outsider and the differing perspectives this brings.
Central St Martins graduate Sally has been selected as part of the Spring Fling Young Artists Bursary Programme 2012 and has been matched with Linda Mallett as her Mentor.
