A unique and un-edited insight into what, where and why artists create in the spaces they choose. Looking In – Looking Out (LI-LO) started with a project that Spring Fling developed with the University of Glasgow, Dumfries Campus in 2012 which aims to explore the where and why of artistic practice. The project includes a series of Lectures in the University of Glasgow’s Solway Centre for Environment and Culture in April and May 2012, and a series of Friday Q&As with artists working from and outwith the region of Dumfires & Galloway, providing a unique insight into how and where artists work.
The Q&A began on 20/01/2012.
