Galloway Cycling Holidays, based in Castle Douglas are offering a weekend guided cycling holiday visiting around half a dozen studios each day. The distances cycled will be around 25 miles and of a pace to suit those participating. The Saturday route may link with the CTC ride around Loch Ken and include studios in Castle Douglas, Kirkpatrick Durham, Laurieston, Mossdale, New Galloway, Balmaclellan and Corsock. The Sunday cycle will be to Kirkcudbright and back via Auchencairn with studios also at Lochdougan and Dundrennan.
Cost of the guided tour, including 2 nights 4 star B&B accommodation, subject to availability and assuming two sharing is £170 p.p. including cycle hire.
Minimum of 6 participants is required on the Sunday for the tour to run. The tour may also be available for one day’s cycling only, or without accommodation or cycle hire included, if spaces allow – cost from £15 p.p. 10% discount for Friends of Spring Fling.
