I produce mostly thrown earthenware pots, illustrated using imagery based on the natural world which are mixed with discarded man-made objects. The compositions produced reflect how the wind and tide randomly mix them to produce complex relationships creating a narrative open to many interpretations.

What to expect: Examples of work at different stages of production, along with sketchbooks and photographs. I will be demonstrating different techniques each day. There will be finished pieces on show in my gallery and other areas open to visitors.

Directions: Follow the A714 south at Newton Stewart roundabout on the A75, turn towards Bladnoch and follow the A746. My studio is in the middle of Whithorn opposite Central Cafe.

Accessibility: The gallery space is accessible by wheel chair. My studio is up 5 steps.

Recommendation: Whithorn Round House – A large replica Iron Age round house has been constructed forming part of the Whithorn Museum and Visitor Centre.
