I’m a jeweller who works in precious metal. My work is inspired by literature and nature. I therefore aim to create wearable, evocative pieces with a sense of narrative. Composition and juxtaposition of texture are central to my work.
What to expect: My studio is set within the beautiful Crichton grounds which are worth a visit alone. Visitors can expect a warm welcome and an understanding of my full working process.
Directions: From Dumfries take the B725 signposted Glencaple turning left into the Crichton Campus at the gatehouse. Then follow the Spring Fling signs to the car park and studio.
Accessibility: Ramps and main entrances are accessible. The door to my studio is slightly narrow and can accommodate some wheelchairs but not all.
Recommendation: The Coach and Horses, Whitesands – an excellent live music venue.
