ITV News: Culture Minister Launches New Art Festival

Jointly managed by Spring Fling along with Wide Open and The Stove, Environmental Art Festival Scotland (EAFS) will happen between 31 August - 2 September 2013. The festival was launched on Friday 19 April.

The Scottish Culture Secretary has been in Dumfries and Galloway to launch a new environmental art festival.

Organisers say that it is an opportunity to showcase Dumfries and Galloway's landscapes to the eyes of the world.

Artists signed a post in Clatteringshaws Dam today, making their commitment to Scottish art.
