Current work is a response to the Covid19 lockdown and also the Peak District landscape and Mesolithic and Neolithic archaeological sites and the influence of shamanic cultures on people. I incorporate both the seen landscape and the unseen “sense of place” into my work.
Tools & Materials
I am a printmaker and also work in mixed media using painting and drawing and collage. I have a screen printing studio and relief and etching printing presses which allow me to incorporate different styles of printmaking into my work.
A short video of the stages of screen preparation and printing to make a screen print.

I have been developing a body of work related to the Neolithic and Mesolithic archaeology and landscape. I am working towards an exhibition in Buxton Art Gallery in 2022. Since the Covid19 pandemic I have also been looking inwards at still life and making some memorial work about important objects inherited from members of my family.
I will make a video of a collograph print from start to finish and a film of screen printing using photo stencils. Due to poor WiFi I can’t demo live from the studio. New work is posted regularly on my Instagram and Facebook. More work can be seen on my website and to ask about buying anything please email me at email@example.com
Our online studio pages give you a chance to learn about each artist, see their work, watch video tours and demos and connect with them online. You can also purchase work, either directly from the artist or on the Spring Fling shop.
