Sculpture • Green Route • Springback
I search to create work that achieves an emotional response. I work mostly in clay then cast in bronze or resin, in limited editions.

My Practice
I am moved by simple forms, clean and void of any unnecessary components, sculpture sincere to its form, material and surface.
Tools & Materials
My studio is in my garden. I usually start with a very basic armature made out of wire. It is quite an organic process and the initial shapes can change quite a great deal. I then add clay or plaster bandages until I get the finish I am after. When I am happy it might be cast in bronze or resin.

Spring Fling Activity
As well as preparing for Spring Fling, I have been keeping busy getting work for two exhibitions this year. One at Watts Gallery Artists Village Guilford and another at The Tatha Gallery Newport. The Biscuit Factory Newcastle.
