Opening Hours

All studios taking part in Spring Fling are open on Saturday 25th, Sunday 26th and Monday 27th of May, from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Some studios are doing optional evening openings, you can find details of this HERE.

Accessibility

We’ve gathered information that we hope will be useful for event visitors with access concerns.

Changing Places 

We’ve made a handy list of all the changing place toilets across Dumfries and Galloway. These facilities are registered to current Changing Place Toilet standards. Locations with these facilities include:

  • Stranraer
  • Kirroughtree
  • Dumfries
  • Annan
  • Gretna
  • Moffat

Family Friendly

Lots of our studios welcome families and young people.

We hope that knowing which studios welcome young visitors and, which have specific activities for them to do, will allow families to visit.

Dogs in the Studios

We know that for many, travelling with your dog is important so we’ve pulled together some guidance.

The studios are private spaces, many are also the artist or makers home so please read and plan ahead.

There are lots of ways to get to Dumfries & Galloway, with car, bus or train being the best options.

Dumfries & Galloway is a vast region so there is bound to be roadworks! We have included info on how to find your way to the studios AND links to roadworks HERE.

Tours

Our event spans multiple venues across Dumfries and Galloway in the south west of Scotland. We have developed a range of bus tours so you can ditch the car and enjoy Spring Fling in a more sustainable and accessible way. 

Lots of our studios are also accessible by bike and make for a great day’s cycle outing.
